June Is Here, Hypersound However Is Not

Despite my constant proclaiming of the fact that Hypersound Radio will soon be coming the station is sadly not yet here. It won’t be long, remain patient and expect to see it emerging soon. If Carlsberg made radio stations they’d probably take as long to do so as me; perfection takes time and excellence don’t always come easy.

Hypersound Radio was due to launch last Saturday, sadly however the internet decided it would part ways with myself and the first Hypersound Radio show currently resides in limbo. When will it emerge? You decide. Actually you don’t, I do, ore more to the point; my internet connection does. Expect to see Hypersound Radio online soon, in the mean time however why not read up about the latest series of Big Brother? It may seem quite unrelated really, but I personally really like Big Brother.

Thunderbirds Are Go...

The date is set and Saturday should be the day that the first Hypersound Radio show goes live. So long as the internet connection allows it, Hypersound Radio will be appearing on the web and I’ll have plenty of new music for you to get listening to. The intention is for it to be a one hour show, it could be a bit less or it could be a bit more but one hour is the rough target and will be each and every time I post a new show on the net.

My intention is that every few days a new show will be posted, it could be a bit slower than that at first but expect there to be no longer than a week between broadcasts nonetheless. I’m extremely excited about the show going live, it’ll be great to get some feedback from you listeners and all positive/negative views will greatly appreciated.

So, with less than two days to go this will probably be the last you hear of me before the first show gets posted online. It’s going to be big, it’s going to be brutal, and best of all it’ll be packed full of excitementertainment also. (Yes, I do realise that isn’t technically a word but I felt it was an accurate amalgamation of thoughts and feelings nonetheless).

I Wanna Rock

Tonight I’ve been twiddling the knobs, testing the equipment and just really getting a general idea of what I’m going to play on the first show and in what order. I’ve got a very good idea in mind now, it’s not set in stone but I’ve certainly already decided much of the track list for the show. I’m sure there’ll be a few last minute additions and perhaps a couple of subtractions from the sound also; trust me though that it’s going to be good.

I think we’ll be starting off with a bit of a comedy offering, it’s a good one and should I feel appeal hugely to most. Hypersound Radio will be a heavily rock oriented station, I do however have an incredibly eclectic taste in music so you can certainly expect me to be playing many other genres also. I think the way I’ll probably run it is that I’ll have several different shows; each of which will focus on different genres of music, different sounds that will potentially appeal to different types of people.

My main interest is in the broad spectrum of rock, perhaps there will even be several different ‘rock’ shows given how many sub-genres there are. I intend to play Drum and Bass and Hip-Hop also to varying degrees. Expect perhaps to see separate Drum and Bass and Hip-Hop radio shows. For the time being Hypersound Radio will be a rock station through and through, it won’t be belong before we’ll be broadening our horizons however – you can rest assured of that. I’ll try not to play too much emo, if we do decide to do an emo show though perhaps it can be known as the ‘Crappy Hour’. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike all emo; just the vast majority of it.

Coming Soon To An Online Web Portal Near You...

I’ve said this many times before now but Hypersound Radio really will be coming soon. For many months now I have had the equipment all set up and now it’s just a case of putting ideas/songs down the microphone and getting the show uploaded on the net

For a while now there has been a promotional teaser available on the Myspace page, soon enough the show will truly be going online however and you can soon expect to hear the first Hypersound Radio show online. It’ll probably be quite messy to begin with; the most important thing however is that it will be coming and it will (hopefully) be quite an interesting construction of musical variation.

I’ve got a rough idea in my head of what tracks I’ll be playing and from which artists; I’ll leave it as a surprise for now however but when it is launched I’m sure you’ll be impressed. Stay tuned and stay interested, Hypersound Radio will soon be launched and the world will be able to hear the fresh funky flavours that Hypersound Radio has to offer.

Radio Wall of Sound

Hypersound Radio is my personal online radio station. It hasn’t quite got going yet, it’s getting there though and within the next couple of weeks a show should be emerging online. This blog will be a way of me keeping everyone up to date about the latest goings on within the Hypersound Radio online station.

I intend to cover all forms of music, I shan’t be picky or choosey and any recommendations will of course be taken on board should anyone wish to make a request to myself. Every day I intend to keep this blog updated; run daily updates and share with everyone out there my intentions and best efforts.

I love music and have a very clear musical vision of how I wish for Hypersound Radio to turn out. I shan’t be posting anything online until my personal vision has been fulfilled. I honestly hope that when I do post a show that it will be liked and in fact loved by many. Ultimately though this radio station has been formed out of my own personal love for music, it’s a showcase of my own musical tastes and I’ll be playing the music that sounds strong to me; if anyone else gains enjoyment from listening then that’s really just an added bonus.
